VACATION RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
These terms and conditions govern the reservation and rental of seasonal tourist accommodations through our website. By making a reservation, the client fully accepts these conditions.
2. TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENT
2.1 Composition of the Total Price
The total price of your reservation includes:
- Accommodation rental: according to current rates
- Mandatory final cleaning: mandatory charge to be paid
- Tourist tax: applicable to all travelers 16 years of age and older
2.2 Payment Methods
- 20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking to confirm it
- The remaining 80% must be paid at the destination, upon check-in, in cash or by bank card
2.3 Reservation Confirmation
The reservation will only be confirmed after the initial 20% payment. Without this payment, the reservation will not be valid.
3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
3.1 Free Cancellation
- FREE cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Cancellations made within this period will not incur any penalty
- Full refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days
3.2 Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival
- Amounts paid will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE
- No refunds will be issued
- This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
4.1 Arrival (Check-in)
- Standard arrival time: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Valid government-issued ID (valid ID or passport) is required
- Mandatory registration: In accordance with current legislation, all guests must be registered and present a valid government-issued ID
- In case of no-show If a person fails to provide a valid ID, access to the accommodation will be denied.
- The remaining 80% payment must be made at check-in.
4.2 Check-out
- Standard check-out time: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- The accommodation must be left in the same clean and tidy condition.
5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate information when making the reservation.
- Respect the maximum number of authorized occupants.
- Make proper use of the accommodation and its facilities.
- Pay the tourist tax for all guests over 16 years of age.
- Present a valid official ID (identity card or passport) for all guests at check-in.
- Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member (parent or legal guardian).
- Comply with local and accommodation regulations.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 OF THE LESSOR
- Provide the accommodation in the conditions described.
- Ensure the initial cleaning of the accommodation. Accommodation

6.2 OF THE GUEST
- Any damage caused to the accommodation will be the guest's responsibility
- Inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate eviction without refund
- The guest is responsible for ensuring compliance with these conditions by all occupants
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent the use of the accommodation, cancellation conditions will be reviewed individually.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation, solely for the purpose of managing the reservation and related services.
10. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Blanes.

12. POLICY FOR MINORS AND DOCUMENTATION
12.1 Minors
- All travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member (parent or legal guardian).
- Groups of minors are not allowed without adult supervision.
12.2 Mandatory Documentation
- In accordance with current legislation, all guests must be registered.
- It is mandatory to present a valid official identification document (DNI or passport) for each guest.
- Failure to present valid documentation will result in denial of access to the accommodation.
